Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

12 Jun was placed, 17 Jun the store to send the parcel, 19 Jul received the parcel. Track to track. Promise not packed well, box wrapped in several layers but this did not save box, the contents are not damaged. Sticker with glass moved after 20 minutes in warm water. It works.

Super happy with it! I received my order in 16 days. It was securely packed. All lights (and change of colour) are working, touch button works super fast. Tried it only with USB connection so far. The plate was covered with protective film on one side, so I put it into warm water for 20 min and then peeled it off easily. Looks great :) The only thing - it would be better if I could switch the light off by touch. But it does not have the function in description (or I don't see it), so I don't mind.
